SAINT ERMIAS Canvas Print
Ermias Joseph Asghedom known professionally as Nipsey Hu$$le was an Eritrean/African American rapper, entrepreneur, investor, and social activist. He was born and raised in South Central LA, specifically the Crenshaw and Slauson Avenue neighborhood. Hussle became known through his numerous mixtapes, including his Slauson Boy series, Bullets Ain't Got No Name series, The Marathon, The Marathon Continues, and Crenshaw. He released his debut studio album VICTORY LAP in 2018 which was Grammy nominated. Nipsey posthumously won two Grammys. Nipsey Hu$$le was tragically murdered in front of his MARATHON CLOTHING STORE, and the impact of his passing is still felt today.
This canvas print is inspired by Dom Kennedy's "Saint Ermias" song, as many people believe Nipsey was a prophet in the flesh. Each stained glass square is dedicated to Nipsey's classic mixtapes and classic debut album VICTORY LAP. LONG LIVE SAINT ERMIAS!
